TO BOOK next appointment, you will be asked to prepay full-service fee.
If you do not show up or cancel to your follow up appointment you are responsible to pay full fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for filling paperwork (if not signed up electronically earlier).

YOU MUST BE 18 years of age or older to enter our premises, schedule appointments and have a service done. We do not perform cosmetic tattoos on minors even with parent’s consent/waiver. Please, seek doctors help.

We reserve rights to reject a client/or to stop a service at any time, for any reason (usually if we believe that there are some contraindications, or you are not good candidate for the treatment or because of your safety during procedure)

Booking fee and other payments can be paid by credit card over the phone, via online booking on our website.

You must be a card holder or authorized card holder and YOU MUST BE 18 YRS OLD to book Appointment.

You must present a valid state ID/DL before EVERY procedure/appointment otherwise we won’t perform services; in this case, you will lose your deposit and will be asked to prepay full service price to book your next appointment.

APPOINTMENT /CONSULTATION POLICY : Consultation is not required as an additional appointment separately from your initial appointment however , if for any reason at the time of your appointment , your procedure does not follow through you  will be charged the price of a consultation appointment. 

A Color Patch Test and /or Skin Sensitivity Patch Test is recommended before attempting cosmetic tattoo/Spa services. It helps to determine healed pigment outcome and client’s skin undertone/and potential sensitivity. It is done only upon client’s request with usage of products used for treatments. This test is not intended as an allergy test. Consult your doctor if you are prone to an allergy or have one – ask your doctor for a written consent letter for a cosmetic tattoo, BEFORE the procedure.

The Treatment Room Restrictions:
– NO OBSERVERS/COMPANION in the procedure room
– NO Food is allowed inside of the treatment room
– NO Drugs/Alcohol/Smoking in premises and outside within 25 feet
– NO Pets

SERVICE DEPOSITS :

A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.  

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call our studio directly at 859-982-0994
Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

WAITLIST:
We always recommend booking appointments to reserve your time with your preferred artist. However, we do have a waitlist available for each artist, this list is to serve the need for clients who want an earlier appointment time then they already reserved. When an appointment time opens up, we contact from top to bottom of the list and the first to confirm will be booked. You can be added to the list by calling us. Please keep in mind that availability is not guaranteed.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval Beauti Lounge 876 . After sending your photos, please give us 1-2 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

LOST/STOLEN PERSONAL ITEMS:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We regretfully cannot be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings so please take extra caution to prevent any such occurrence. Please do not wear your best clothing for the appointment, as we are working with pigments and clothing can be stained.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENT : 

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
